In this 3-hour retreat, we’ll explore Pratyahara, the yogic limb of sense withdrawal. Rather than “group-share”-style discussion we'll maintain an inward focus using through journaling, breathwork (pranayama), gentle movement, and guided meditation to experience a peaceful reprieve from technology, holiday demands, politics and daily stress. This is your time to pause, reset, and connect with your inner self.

Saturday Feb. 22nd 3:00pm - 5:00pm
In this Myofascial Release Yoga Workshop, you will learn how regular Self-Massage or Self-Myofascial Release (SMFR) can help transform your life from one of chronic tension and tightness in the body to one of greater freedom and ease. Using foam rollers, tennis balls, blankets, and blocks you will learn how to release tension and tightness in the muscles and connective tissues to invite a greater sense of ease and openness in your body.

Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, our in-studio guided meditation is a chance to connect, grow and find support within our community or Sangha. Led by certified Meditation teacher Missy McMurray, this class offers a welcoming space to explore meditation techniques that calm the mind, connect with the body and nurture a deep sense of presence.
Each class includes a new principle with a guided meditation, followed by time for reflections and sharing(always optional).
